  • You Agree To Use Safe And Healthy Methods Of Preparation

  • Your Total Stall Fee Is Non-Refundable 14 Working Days Before The Market

  • Your Stall Application Is Only Valid For One Market Day

  • Failure To Comply With Vendor Managers And This Agreement Will Result In You Forfeiting Your Entire Stall Fee. The Stall Fee Will Be Donated To Individuals Or Businesses That Cannot Afford To Stall At Our Market

  • You Are Liable For The Rented Equipment Of The Vaal Farmers Market And Will Pay Or Replace Lost/Stolen/Damaged Equipment (A R300 Deposit Must Be Paid As Insurance. Should You Damage Or Steal The Equipment This Fee Will Not Be Refunded) 

  • You Are Allowed To Sell The Products/Services You Apply To Sell. All Vendors Must Request Permission To Sell Products Outside Of Their Primary Product, This Is To Ensure Fair Completion Across All Vendors. Cocktail Vendors Are Only Allowed To Sell Cocktails, Food Vendors Are Only Allowed To Sell Food Etc.

  • An Application Fee Of R400 Is Compulsory For Your Application To Be Processed. This Fee Must Be Paid Within 10 Workings Days Or Your Application Will Be Deleted. A Stall Rental Fee Of R400 (Should You Wish To Rent Stall Equipment Which Include The Following - Stall Front, 2 Tables, 4 Chairs) Is Optional And Payable Once Your Application Is Approved. For Clarification In This Regard Please Contact 069 848 5442. You Will Only Qualify For The Refund After All The Rented Equipment Is Returned On The Market Day.
